An opportunity for students who want to take their first steps in corporate finance with a practical, strategic view. The intern will work closely with Einfach’s Financial BPO team, with direct contact with real client operations.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable for BPO clients
Support bank reconciliations and statement checks
Contribute to updating and analyzing cash flow
Support the issuance and checking of invoices (NF-e and NFS-e)
Take part in preparing financial and management reports
Support the team in day-to-day financial and administrative routines
Required qualifications
Studying Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields
Expected graduation from December 2026
Intermediate Excel (functions, pivot tables)
Clear communication and organization to handle deadlines
Genuine interest in the financial area and BPO
Desirable qualifications
Basic knowledge of management systems (ERP, advanced Excel or Power BI)
Previous experience in an accounting or finance office (even if informal)
Basic/intermediate English

Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new clients in the automotive aftermarket (distributors, wholesalers and retailers)
Manage and expand the client portfolio in the areas of operation
Present and demonstrate the portfolio of driveshafts and related products
Negotiate commercial terms (prices, deadlines, volumes and product mix)
Monitor the competitive market and identify growth opportunities
Meet and exceed monthly revenue and profitability targets
Prepare visit and performance reports for sales management
Required qualifications
At least 3 years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket
Technical knowledge of constant-velocity driveshafts or transmission parts
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle available for trips and visits
Proven skill in negotiation and B2B client management
Results orientation and target achievement
Desirable qualifications
An active client portfolio in the segment (auto-parts distributors and retailers)
Experience with CRM tools and sales-pipeline management
Knowledge of pricing and building commercial proposals in the sector
Completed higher education in Business Administration, Foreign Trade or related fields
